BillCut is a brand of Billplan Fintech Private Limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with the Corporate Identity Number(CIN) : U72900DL2022PTC3980

This Terms of Use Agreement is made by and between Billcut and you i.e. Customer (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer/You/Your/Yours”). This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that govern Your use of this Website.

By accessing or attempting to interact with any part of this website or any of the services (collectively known as “services”) provided by BillCut on its platform (including internet website and all its subdomains), You agree that You have read, understood and agree to be bound by this agreement. For the purposes of this Terms of Use, the term “BillCut” shall mean and include the BillCut internet as well as all its subdomains. For the purposes of this Terms of Use, the term “Services” shall mean and include credit card balance transfer facilities and otherwise that the BillCut platform makes available for You.

If You do not agree to be bound by this agreement, You shall not be allowed to access or use any part of this website. You have the right to raise your grievance for deactivation of Your account on BillCut or choose not to sign up on BillCut only at the initial stage of interacting with BillCut, if You are not in agreement with any of the terms and conditions laid hereunder.     The subject headings used in this Agreement are included for purposes of convenience only, and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of any provisions of this document. In addition, for purposes of construing or interpreting this Agreement:

  1. (a) unless the context otherwise requires, the singular includes the plural, and the plural includes the singular;
  2. (b) unless the context otherwise requires, the masculine includes the feminine and neutral genders, the feminine includes the masculine and neutral genders, and the neutral includes the male and female genders
